You’ve got the gear. I’ve got the groove. Did you pick a venue that’s already "decked out" with a killer sound system or a pro lighting rig? Smart move. You’ve already paid for the hardware—now you just need the human touch to bring it to life. This package is for the planners who want a high-end club feel without the "mobile DJ" clutter. I leave the bulky speakers and messy tripods at home and show up with my pro decks, my music library, and 100% focus on your dance floor. Why this is the "MVP" choice for your event: Zero Eyesores: No "wall of speakers" blocking the view. We keep your venue’s beautiful aesthetic exactly as it is. Club-Level Energy: I’ll tap into the house system to make sure the bass hits exactly where the venue intended. Fast & Discrete: I can be set up and soundchecked in minutes, staying out of the way while your guests arrive. Tech-Friendly: I’ll coordinate directly with your venue’s tech manager to ensure everything is "go" for launch—no stress on your plate. Perfect for: Modern lofts, high-end hotel ballrooms, nightclubs, and any venue that’s already "event-ready." "Is this the right fit for me?" TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Booking & Payments Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your date. This covers our commitment to your event, including labor and gear reservations. Final Balance: Your remaining balance is due in full no later than two (2) weeks prior to your event date. Late Fees: Life happens, but unpaid balances after the event may incur a 5% weekly surcharge. Unpaid invoices may be referred to collections. 2. Planning & Changes Finalizing Details: We want your night to be perfect! Please submit all final event details, song requests, and service changes at least two weeks before the big day. Meetings: Standard planning is included. Should you require additional in-person meetings, rehearsals, or venue walk-throughs, these can be scheduled for $100 per occurrence. 3. Travel & Overtime Travel: Our base rates include travel within 10 miles of the Easton–Allentown–Bethlehem (ABE) area. Events beyond this radius are billed at $25 for every additional 10 miles (one way). Keeping the Party Going: If you aren’t ready for the night to end, overtime can be requested on-site at $50 per hour (1-hour minimum), subject to DJ availability and venue rules. Overtime fees must be paid before the extra time begins. 4. Venue & Safety Venue Rules: Please confirm your venue’s policies regarding noise ordinances, power requirements, and special effects (like fog or cold sparks). We cannot offer refunds if the venue restricts our services on the day of the event. Safety First: To keep the music playing, we require a safe environment. The Client assumes responsibility for any damage to our equipment caused by guests or venue conditions. 5. Rescheduling & Cancellations Rescheduling: If you need to move your date, you can reschedule within one (1) year of the original date (subject to our availability). The new event must be of equal or lesser value. Cancellations: If an event is canceled, the non-refundable deposit is forfeited.
