Knowing the guest count helps us plan the right sound setup and ensure the music reaches everyone clearly — whether it’s an intimate gathering or a packed dance floor

It’s important to know whether your venue provides a sound system our DJ can connect to, as this affects both planning and pricing. If a full sound setup is needed, we’ll bring our own equipment, which may increase the total cost. We also recommend confirming this with your venue in advance, as they may charge additional fees for using their system or require specific connection requirements.

Add Special Effects?

"If you’re thinking about adding special effects like lighting, fog, or CO2, please check with your venue first to make sure they’re allowed. Some venues have rules or may already provide their own effects. Since these add-ons require time and setup, we won’t be able to offer refunds if we bring them and the venue doesn’t allow us to use them."
